I watched the entire video and tbh would not like to be one of those guys having to make decisions. The guys on the ground and in the air have been trained to kill, to expect everyone to be a danger and have to live every minute in fear that someone dressed as a local is not going to run out with a bomb strapped to themselves.

If there were mistakes made its not all the fault of the guy firing the weapon, its at command level for not having the right system in place. As for the jokes and laughter, I cant see any other way of dealing with blowing people to bits with high powered weapons.
