So let me get this straight, some 18 year old gunner kid who should probably be working at Burger King has to radio what he sees to his 19 year old communications guy who then has to radio it to some 40 year old commander on the ground? Then the command has to flow up again to the gunner kid who fires? I'm confused why was the gunner waiting to be told to shoot? Who's judgment was used? All in all massive fail..

The van part is totally fucked up as there were absolutely no weapons and you can clearly see the guy get out of the van unarmed. Its also a miracle that girl lived after how much they lit that van up. The cover up itself is totally fucked up.
