Sim City 5

A SimCity Update

Everyone who activates their game before march 18th gets a free game from EA...

So if your on the fence about the game, you should order now and in doing so you'll get a free game from them on the 18th...

That's all I know, so investigate for yourself if you do

I don't even play video games that much but I thought that was cool

I wonder if we could use it to get the game itself for free.

Apart from the first night i got it, i now have no probs getting into a server and playing. (EU Servers, not sure if the US ones will be more busy)

Currently playing in a region with friends, quite enjoying it so far. Got the gfx on max and i think it could still look a lot better, there's definately a lot of graphical glitches and bugs that they need to fix and improve upon, but overall it's not really a problem.

It definately is addictive...

Really its a great games. Just love to play it ;)

I'll probably wait a few months and then buy it. I heard they were going to have a DLC (not sure if it will be free or cost money) to expand the plots of land you can build on. Stuff like that and the drm and the horrible launch is what keeps me from buying it.

I would buy it if I didn't have my PC at home. I'm in my college dorm with my laptop and I don't want to play the game in low settings....

I've been pretending to myself the only reason I haven't bought it is because of the bad reviews, the DRM, and the small size of the cities.... yet Sim City is like crack to me. I dont know how much longer I can resist before I download it on my laptop and spend the next month playing it.

My manufacturing city's at 60+ million dollars. Just make TV's and export them bros. It's weird though, I lose $50k/hour but the exports make millions/day.

Next one is gonna be a pure gambling/tourism city :D

Sim City 5 is fun when the servers work. It could have been so much more, though.

It's poor launch did push Sim City 4 back up into the top 20 on Amazon's games list, a full 10 years after it's release. Some classics get better with age.
